 The Czech Pump Manufacturers Association (CPMA)
joins manufacturers
of pumps, pumping equipment, trading and supplying companies as well as research and engineering institutes. CPMA was established in 1990 originally as the Czech and Slovak
Pump Manufacturers Association.
When the country was divided into two parts in 1993, CPMA became successor of the preceding organisation. At this time the
Association has five members with production about 800 million CZK per year.
 Since 1991, CPMA has been a regular member of Europump (the European Pump Manufacturers
Association), joining national pump manufacturers associations from 17 European countries, which represent 400 companies with the production of pumps and
pumping equipment higher then 5 billion EURO.
